It's a list you can eat!


I've been eating only vegetables, fruit, and meat (specifically chicken and turkey) for the last week, and it's crazy how my blood sugar levels have evened out. I don't even pass through the chip aisle anymore. The foot-loss aisle I've renamed it.

I've made it a point to eat food that doesn't trigger the need to eat more and more. I discovered I can't overeat meat (it still isn't my favorite food), veggies, or nuts. Fruit is still a bit iffy with the trigger-eating, so I'm experimenting in that area.
